The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, overlooking a quiet street. It has been newly renovated and furnished. The smaller room (18m2) includes a bed, closet, wardrobe, and desk. The larger room (20m2) currently has a home office working space with desk, couch, an extendable dinning room, and plenty of storage. There is a second mattress and bed which can easily be set up in the larger room for guest stays or to simply be turned into a second bedroom.
The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher, storage spaces, a large refrigerator, stove top and oven. It has all the essentials for cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a large tub, showerhead, and glass cabinet. The main hallway has additional storage space for jackets / shoes.
In short the apartment is ready for you to directly move in!
The apartment’s balcony and many windows allows for natural lighting. The building is equipped with an elevator to facilitate movement and transport.
The apartment is well located between Charlottenburg and Wilmersdorf. Within a few minutes radius are markets, delicious Italian, Indian, Chinese and Turkish restaurants. An 8 minute walk away is the KaDeWe and 10-minute walk from kurfürstendamm, and Tiergarten. 1 minutes away is the U3 Augsburger straße metro which allows you to reach Warschaeustraße, Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Templehoffeld, the main station, and Wedding all under 25 minutes.
Hello, we are temporarily subletting our apartment since we will be out of the country visiting family. We have made this apartment our home in the last years, taking our time to comfortably furnish it, grow many plants, and put together a well equipped kitchen, so it is important that whoever lives here will continue to take care of it.
The total rent of includes all operating and heating costs, electricity, gas, water, internet, radio fee, and building maintenance. For the electricity, consumption can greatly vary so we would document the electricity count before and after the leasing period. And the report from the company would determined if less or more electricity was consumed than paid for during this period, resulting in money either being returned to the subleaser or taken from the deposit. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets needs to be discussed. Anmeldung is possible.
We are able to have in-person viewings as well as virtual ones. Please contact us and we will notify you of the viewing. After the visit any interested individuals will need to submit some of the following condition depending on your status; bank statement, proof of employment (immatrikulation certificate), SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) and an ID for the final selection process.
