Eigentümer und Hausverwaltung wissen Bescheid und geben nach Erhalt der Persönlichen Daten das schriftliche OK.

We rent our beautiful renovated old apartment for the whole of September, as we are traveling. The apartment is very well equipped. Among other things with:

- Large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser
- Wine fridge
- Fireplace in the living room
- 65 inch 4K TV

Lovingly furnished but cleared of private items - we will block off one room, this is already accounted for in the square footage.
Owner and property management know and will give written OK after receiving personal information.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Lage.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in einem Umkreis von ca. 200 Metern. ÖPNV Anbindung ist gut und zu Fuß bist du in 10 Minuten am Ku'damm. Tolle Restaurants, Parks und Eisdielen im näheren Umfeld.

The apartment is located in a great location.
Stores for daily needs are located within a radius of about 200 meters. Public transport connection is good and you can walk to Ku'damm in 10 minutes. Great restaurants, parks and ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity.
Wir haben einen Kurzhaar-Hund. Alle Bezüge, Flächen, Ablagen etc. werden vor der Übernahme professionell gereinigt. Trotzdem möchten wir diesen Hinweis für Allergiker nicht unerwähnt lassen.
Die Sonstigen Kosten sind die Reinigungskosten nach der Miete.

We have a short hair dog. All covers, surfaces, shelves, etc. will be professionally cleaned before you take over. Nevertheless, we would like to mention this note for allergy sufferers.
