Somos un WG vibrante de mujeres trabajadoras buscando un nuevo tercer compañero de piso. Disponible de inmediato: dos hermosas habitaciones (para una persona) en un 205 m2, soleado apartamento de 6 habitaciones Altbau en la 4a planta (nota: no hay ascensor). Disponible: idealmente al 5 de julio. Las estancias a corto plazo no son ideales, sino posibles.

El apartamento está totalmente amueblado con muebles de alta calidad USM y Bauhaus. Incluye un amplio y encantador salón, una cocina totalmente equipada (incluyendo un nuevo lavavajillas, lavadora y plancha), y un balcón donde cultivamos fresas, tomates, hierbas y flores. ¡No te perderás nada! Una bodega y una despensa superarán sus expectativas.

Su espacio:
Puedes rodar en tus maletas, desempacar y quedarte. Tendrás tu propio baño y WC. Su parte del apartamento está completamente separada del resto del apartamento. Una amplia vida separa "tu parte" del resto. (Bueno saber: bajo la ley fiscal alemana, usted puede deducir una habitación como gastos de oficina en casa.)

Ubicación:
La ubicación es excelente, con conexiones fáciles a través de todos los autobuses Kudamm, U7, y S-Bahn estaciones Charlottenburg y Savignyplatz.

Sobre nosotros:
The WG are all early risers. Estamos felices cuando nos encontramos en la cocina para un café, discutir política o cocinar, pero también apreciar silencio y espacio cuando la vida se pone ocupada. Los huéspedes son bienvenidos, aunque por lo general nos gusta despedirnos después de un fin de semana (las excepciones prueban la regla!). El piso es lo suficientemente grande que nunca nos sentimos abarrotados.

We’re a vibrant WG of working women looking for a new third flatmate. Available immediately: two beautifully furnished rooms (for one person) in a 205 sqm, sun-filled 6-room Altbau flat on the 4th floor (note: no elevator). Available: ideally as of July 5th. Short-term stays are not ideal, but possible.

The flat is fully furnished with high-quality USM and Bauhaus furniture. It includes a large, charming living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including a brand-new dishwasher, washing machine, and iron), and a balcony where we grow strawberries, tomatoes, herbs, and flowers. You won't miss a thing! A cellar and a pantry will top your expectations.

Your space:
You can roll in your suitcases, unpack and stay. You'll have your own bathroom and WC. Your part of the flat is completely separated from the rest of the apartment. A spacious living separates "your part" from the rest. (Good to know: under German tax law, you may deduct one room as home office expenses.)

Location:
The location is excellent, with easy connections via all Kudamm buses, U7, and S-Bahn stations Charlottenburg and Savignyplatz.

About us:
The WG are all early risers. We are happy when we meet in the kitchen for a coffee, discuss politics or cook, but also appreciate quiet and space when life gets busy. Guests are welcome, though we usually like to say goodbye after a weekend (exceptions prove the rule!). The flat is big enough that we never feel crowded.

Please do not get us wrong, but please only apply if you are seriously interested in renting and not just looking around.
