Hello! I am subletting my 2-room flat with balcony for 2-3 weeks from Friday 24 Feb. The price is 1250 per month, calculated at a per-day rate.
The flat has two rooms (a living room and a bedroom), a small kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and a window, and a hallway. It has a balcony facing an inner garder with a tall tree. It has about 44 squared meters. It is on the 3rd floor of an very beautiful Altbau building, well taken care of, with friendly neighbours. The bike place has a roof. The closest bus is M-29 at 2 minutes away on Kufurstendamm, S-bahns are Halensee 10 minutes ans and Charlottenburg 12 minutes.
I keep the flat clean, no smoking and pets, and I expect the same thing in return.
