A bright, quiet flat with a small wintergarden, means sun during the morning coffee! Sleeping couch in the living room, and second possibility in the small room. The flat is fully furnished and equipped as I use to stay there. Dont expect a "designer appartment but it is cosy and everyone who stayed here before loved it. It contains dishwasher, washing machine, bathing tube/shower, Wlan, TV, central heating , the "normal" standard. Everything can be used from the oil to sheets and towels.
Only condition, if f.e. the coffee is finished it would be nice to have a new one.
Smoking, if needed, in the kitchen (thats what I do). No parties, as this house is mostly quiet, but has very helpful neighbours.
Five minutes to Metro Rüdesheimer Platz, close to FU and 25 minutes to Kreuzberg.
Supermarkets, Biocompany near by, a lot of coffeeplaces, some restaurants around the charming "Rüdesheimer Platz". From the 21.5. there is the famous "Weinfest" over there where young and old people used to gather , eating , drinking and just enjoying.
