Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung mit großen Holzdielen und liegt direkt an der Ring-Bahn Haltestelle Westend (Fußweg 1 Minute), also mit perfekte Anbindung und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, da sie zum Innenhof gewandt ist. Der Innenhof wiederum ist idyllisch, man schaut von der Wohnung direkt auf einen großen Baum, vom Boden wachsen hohe Bambuspflanzen in den Himmel. Sie liegt im dritten Stock, ist 34 Quadratmeter groß und komplett eingerichtet mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, etc. Es gibt viel Stauraum für deine Kleidung und weitere Sachen. Die aktuellen Möbel sehen allerdings etwas anders aus als auf den Fotos - ich finde schöner.
Die TU ist mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten entfernt, Schloss Charlottenburg 4 Minuten.
Die Küche verfügt über das wichtigste wie Herd, Ofen, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Messer
Du kannst die Wohnung ggf. auch weniger lang mieten. Ich würde pro Woche etwa 200 EUR berechnen.
Für November 750 €, für 10 Tage im Dezember 200 €.

The apartment is located directly at the Ring-Bahn station Westend (1 minute walking distance) and therefore all places in Berlin can be reached pretty fast. It is very calm, only the birds chirping in the big tree can get loud sometimes :) The patio is really beautiful, bamboo grows, and every day you look out of the window you look into a big green tree right in front of you.
It's on the fourth floor, 34 square meters, and has all the furniture one needs (bed, closet, couch). However, depending on what pieces I will take with me, it will probably look different than in the pictures. The Berlin Institute of Technology is by bike just 15 minutes, the beautiful Schloss Charlottenburg 4 minutes and it is great to go running there every day.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials like a stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, and knives...
You can rent the apartment for a shorter period. I would charge about 200 EUR per week.
For November 750 €, for 10 days in December 200 €.
