Wir vermieten unsere geliebte Wohnung für 18 Monate ab Mitte Juni zur Untermiete; Bewerber auf der Suche nach einer längerfristigen Untermiete (z.B. mindestens 6 Monate) werden bevorzugt.

Die Wohnung ist 96m² groß und verfügt über 2.5 Zimmer sowie eine Essküche. Sie befindet sich im dritten und obersten Stock, alle Zimmer bis aufs Wohnzimmer liegen ruhig zum Innenhof. Wir vermieten sie möbliert, inkl. Kleiderschränke, Flurschräanke, Tische, Sofa, Bett, Kommoden, sowie, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar praktisch, zwischen den Bahnhöfen S Savignyplatz und S Charlottenburg gelegen, sodass ihr euch mühelos in der Stadt bewegen könnt.

We have a fantastic apartment available for sublet for 18 months starting from mid-June; preference will be given to applicants planning to stay for 6 months or longer.

The apartment is 96m² in size and features 2.5 rooms plus a dining kitchen. It is located on the third and top floor, with all rooms except the living room facing the quiet courtyard. We are renting it fully furnished, including wardrobes, tables, sofa, bed, dressers, as well as dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator.

The location is unbeatably convenient, situated between the S Savignyplatz and S Charlottenburg train stations, making it easy to get around the city.
