Septmeber 2008 Die Wohnung liegt in der Mommsenstraße/Wilmersdorfer Straße, also in der besten Lage Berlins; 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ku-Damm entfernt und mit perfekten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die S-Bahn ist 3 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso die U-Bahn und diverse Buslinien. Man ist in 18 Minuten am Flughafen Tegel und in 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Zum Zoo braucht man ca. 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus (Altbau mit Stuck), ist also sehr ruhig. Zudem wohnt keiner über einem, so dass man vollkommen "frei" ist. Sie ist im 4. Stock (ohne Fahrstuhl) und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, ist also sehr hell! Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert mit einem ganz neuen Bad und einer neuen Küche (inkl. The department is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Berlin, called Charlottenburg. Its close to the Kurfürsten Damm (2 minutes by walk) with great access to the public transport system!You have the S-Bahn (5 Lines) ,the U-Bahn (subway - U7) and the bus (7 Lines) in a 1 Minut walk. You do have a lot of nice restaurants, Cafés, Cinemas, Shops, Ateliers, Parks et al. right in front of your door.

The apartment is very big (two large rooms), has a wonderful bathroom and a nice seperated kitchen. (every room has as least 1 large window - event the bathroom)

All major universities can be reached in 20 minutes.
It will take you 20 minutes to Airport Tegel and Berlin Mainstation can be reached in 15 Minutes.
Anyway the apartment is very quit and sunny (its in the rear buildung)

All utilities are included (even TV, Internet, Phone (for Germany-not cellphone numbers)
