Die Wohnung ist möbliert verfügbar vom 30. März bis Mitte Juni 2015. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Die Küche ist groß genug, um sich angenehm auch mit mehreren Leuten darin aufzuhalten, das Bad ist recht klein, aber hat eine Badewanne.
Außerdem ist die Lage echt super! S-Bahn und U-Bahn sin drei Minuten Fußweg entfernt, mehrere Buslinien halten um die Ecke auf der Kantstraße, ein Einfkaufscenter befindet sich in 10 Minuten Fußwegentfernung. Ein Bäcker und mehrere Supermärkte (auch bio) sind direkt um die Ecke.

I am offering you my beautiful and spacious art deco apartment for limited sublease!
I sublet fully furnished from 30th of March until mid of June. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is large enough to comfortably hang out in it, the bathroom is quite small but has a nice bathtub.
Moreover, the transportation situation is awesome! To both S-Bahn and U-Bahn it's a 3 minute walk, several bus lines are on the Kantstraße, the next mall is just 10 minutes away. A bakery and an organic grocery store are just around the corner.

Charlottenburg ist ein gehobener Stadtteil Berlins. Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft ruhig im Hinterhof. Viele Persönlichkeiten wie Politiker und Schauspieler leben in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Es gibt viele bezahlbare und trotzdem leckere Restaurants und Bistros in der Gegend.
Die Lage ist zentral, die TU Berlin und andere Univeritäten sind sehr gut erreichbar.

The apartment is located centrally; the TU Berlin and other universities are in close distance.
The ideal sublessee is a young professional who stays in Berlin temporarily and seeks for an upscale and quiet place to rest and relax in spare time.
