Hi,
We are a young couple, both students of architecture. We want to rent out our charming flat for two months.
The location is in the heart of Charlottenburg, close to S-Bahn Savignyplatz and U2 Ernst-Reuter Platz. Not far from Ku-Damm and Zoologischer Garten. The Flat is in the backyard of a characteristic art nouveau Jugendstil house.
There is basic, minimalistic furniture in all rooms. Beds, desks, bookshelves, hi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, storage rooms.. wi- fi internet is included!
You can rent it for the whole time (290 PER WEEK) or on a daily basis (30 per day/night +10 for each extra person)
There is also a possibility to share and rent only 2 rooms or one big room. Please contact us for details.
This is not Kreuzberg and not Prenzlauer Berg, but it is an very central beautiful area to explore more real and not touristic Berlin.
The flat has a big and bright bathroom and a cozy kitchen. There are 3 big rooms, if you are more than one, each could have his/her own room and privacy. Also if youre a couple visiting Berlin or you have children there is a lot of space here for few people.
There is an elegant garden and the area is absolutely cozy to come back late at night.

Wir vermieten unsere schöne möblierte 3- Zimmer Wohnung für 2 Monate, da wir verreisen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral und trotzdem ruhig im Hinterhof eines sehr besonderen Jugendstil Altbaus. Bis Savignyplatz, Ernst Reuter Platz und Wilmersdorfer Straße sind es höchstens 5 min fußweg.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Schreibtische, Kleiderschrank, Hi Fi Anlage, Bücheregale, Kommode... Die Küche hat auch alles was man braucht.
Ein Zimmer ist sehr groß die anderen beiden sind etwas kleiner und verbunden durch eine Tür, jedoch keine Durchgangszimmer.
Der preis PRO WOCHE ist 290 Eur für die ganze Wohnung. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit sich die Wohnung zu teilen als WG. Schreib(t) uns bitte auch, falls du/ihr Interesse habt nur ein oder zwei Zimmer zu mieten.
