Die Wohnung ist eine Schöne EG Wohnung im Hinterhof.
Vor unseren Fenstern ist ein riesiges Blumenbeet, das für ausreichend Sichtschutz sorgt. Der Hof ist sehr ruhig.
2 Zimmer:
20m2 mit 1,40 m Bett, Schrank und großer Schreibtisch;
10 m2 mit Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch und Regal.
Küche vollmöbliert mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.

Bad mit Badewanne.

I propose an apartment in short-term rent (for a short period too).
The lovely and tiny apartment is on the ground floor, facing the courtyard. The windows open on rich colorful garden-area, that hides the apartment from sight. The courtyard is very quiet.
2 Rooms:
20 m2 with a queensize bed, wardrobe and big desk;
10 m2 with a sleepingcouch, desk and shelf.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washingmachine.
Corridor.
Bath with tube.

Die Wohnung ist relativ günstig dafür, dass sie 3min zu Fuß von der S-Bahnstation Savignyplatz entfernt ist.
Die Gegend um den Savignyplatz ist voller netter Bars und Restaurants echt schön, mit Supermarkt um die Ecke.

The area is really nice, full of Restaurants, Bars, and a Supermarket is literally on the corner.
