Gesucht wird eine vergleichbare Wohnung in den Bezirken Neukölln, Wedding, Moabit, Friedrichshain oder Schöneberg oder außerhalb Berlin/Brandenburg/Potsdam (wenn es eine schöne Wohnung in einem anderen Bezirk ist, könnt ihr sie auch gerne vorschlagen).
Das Umzugsdatum ist flexibel. Möglich ist Februar 2024.
Der Abschlag ist flexibel und abhängig von dem, was in der Wohnung bleibt.

It is close to the Berlin fair and the public transport (5min to U2 and Ring).
In exchange I am looking for a more or less similar flat (I am fleible it can also have more rooms) in the areas of Neukölln, Wedding, Moabit, Friedrichshain or Schöneberg. (any other destrict could be also interesting, depending on your flat).
