Very sunny and airy flat with no buildings in front in both sides – please see photos. Garden at the rear with Garage. Well planned, with bedroom at the rear. All rooms have windows on the outside, hence all rooms incld. bathroom and kitchen get ample sunlight.
I was the first one to move in December 2010 after complete renovation of the house. However as I have stayed here only during the weekend, everything remains pretty new.
There is a 7 sqm. cellar, also a separate storage room in the flat. Good parking availability, with additional option to rent a garage for 30 euros a month.

2 Minuten von S-Bhf. Westend, 5 Minuten von Schloß Charlottenburg, Schloßpark, Spree. Autobahn unweit. Super Citylage. Lidl, Netto sind 4 Minuten mit Fuß. Rossman, Getränke Hoffman, mehrere Friseur, Asiatische und Italienische Supermärkte, alles was man braucht, sind innerhalb 5 Minuten Fußweg.

Küche müssen übernommen werden. Preis VHB, aber mindestens 550 Euro. Zusätzlich lasse ich alles was im Bad ist (Spiegel, Unterschrank, Jalousie) drin. Alle Deckenleuchte inkl. Leuchtmittel lasse ich auch drin. Auszugsdatum könnte auch 1/2 Woche vorgezogen werden wenn nötig.
Besichtigung nur am Wochnende möglich.
