Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich vermiete meine komplette Wohnung von Mai bis August. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich unmöbliert. Wenn ihr jedoch keine eigenen Möbel habt, würde ich meine Möbel zum größten Teil in der Wohnung lassen. Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für Einzelpersonen, Paare und als WG. Wir leben derzeit auch als WG hier. Sie besteht aus einem Bad, einer Küche, einem langen Flur, zwei Zimmern und liegt zum Innenhof hin, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Die Wohnung kann ab sofort besichtigt werden. Ich freue mich auf eure Nachrichten.

I'm renting my flat for the next three month from May till August. The flat is normally unfurnished, but if you have no furniture yourself I could leave most of the stuff inside the flat. The flat consists of one bathroom, one kitchen and two rooms. It's really quite. You could visit the flat this weekend. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten vom Charlottenburger Schloss entfernt und somit auch gleich um die Ecke von der Spree und dem Schlosspark. Edeka befindet sich auf der gleichen Straße und auch Lidl, Netto, Rewe und Aldi sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe fährt die U7, die Ringbahn, also S41/42 und der M27, M45 und der 109er. Wenn man shoppen gehen möchte ist der Kufürstendamm in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Sommer kann man auch schnell mal zum Grunewald oder zum Wannsee fahren. Dank der Ringbahn braucht man auch nach Prenzlauer Berg und Friedrichshain nur eine halbe Stunde. Neukölln und Kreuzberg sind mit der U7 zu erreichen.
