The two rooms (together 45 sqm) are connected with each other via a connecting door, ensuring maximum privacy.
Both rooms are fully furnished. A 3 sqm high loft bed as well as a lounge couch, shelf wall, desk (if required) + ergonomic designer chair are included.
The kitchen (10 sqm) has been completely renovated a few months ago sporting a modern urban design including a new oven (AEG) and cosy lounge area on the window cill. The bathroom (10 sqm) features a new washing machine (Miele) as well as a bathtub/shower. A 12 sqm basement area is also available for temporary storage of boxes etc.
The room is available for 1-2 people (🏳️🌈LGBTIQ+ couples are very welcome!) from 4 April onwards, moving in later is also possible if desired.
Important: Rental until 31 December 2022 with option to extend rental.
Flat viewings start on 3 April in the afternoon.

The flat might also be seen as a shared flat, but in view of the two connection rooms and the overall living situation, it is more of a 60 sqm flat on it's own.
Another male flatmate currently lives in the flat in his own room. He is rarely there during the day and easy-going, open and happy to meet new people.
The house community is solidary and friendly - sharing is caring! The courtyard garden can be used communally. Growing plants, vegetables, etc. is possible especially during warm months.

The neighborhood is super beautiful with lots of old Berlin architecture. Also there are so many fabulous little coffee places, bookshops and yummy pizza places which are located right at Stuttgarter Platz that you have to check out yourself!
The S-Bahn Charlottenburg is 4 walking minutes away from the apartment, also supermarkets such as Lidl, BioCompany or Lindner are in a very close vicinity (less than 5-minutes-walk).
For larger shopping sprees the Wilmersdorfer Straße is only 7 minutes away from the apartment.
The Lietzenseepark and Schlosspark (castle park) Charlottenburg is the ideal spot for you if you seek relaxation or a place to go jogging.
Why am I sub-renting this jewel of a flat, you ask?
As a human rights consultant, I travel a lot around the world for work at the moment and currently I hardly ever come to Berlin, which is why I would like to sublet the flat.
