Ich bin zwischen dem 15.6 und 7.6 nicht in Berlin und werde meine Wohnung vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist 54 qm groß - mit ein separates schlafzimmer, großes Badezimmer und eine Wohnküche. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock auf der Seitenflügel in einem Altbau auf einer Seitenstraße zur Kantstraße. Sie ist sehr ruhig, und man hört nie geräusche von die Nachbarn. Wifi, Strom und Heizung sind alle in der Miete enthalten.

Die Verbindungen zur der rest der Stadt sind überragend -- die U7, U2, U1 und S-Bahn sind alle wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants und gute Shopping-möglichkeiten in der absolute Nähe.

I'll be out of the city for just over 3 weeks (15.06 - 07.06) and will be renting out my apartment in Charlottenburg for the entire duration.

The apartment is 54 square meters big; with a separate bedroom, large bathroom and kitchen/living room. The apartment is on the fourth floor the side wing of a old building, located on a quiet side street to Kantstraße. The apartment is very quiet, and the neighbours are rarely heard through the walls.

Great connections to the rest of the city -- with the U7, U2, U1 and S-Bahn all within walking distance. Great restaurants and shopping all within a stone's throw along. Wifi, electricity and heating are all included.

Unfortunately this is a non-smoking apartment.
