Gemütliche Wohnung vom 1.-4. März zu vemieten

Hallo... ich vermiete meine gemütliche und sehr ruhige Wohnung in Charlottenburg. Sie ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht inklusive WLAN. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhof und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Es gibt verschiedene Läden ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und noch mehr ein paar weitere. Es gibt auch einen ruhigen Basketballplatz (ich habe auch einen:) und ein Schwimmbad eine Strasse weiter. Dann ist da noch der grosse Schlosspark Charlottenburg von wo aus man an der Spree entlang spazieren kann. Vom Anschluss ist man zb in 23min Minuten in Neu-Köln, am Alexanderplatz oder in 27min in Potsdam oder Wannse. Es gibt eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und ein grosses Zimmer mit Schreibtisch, Couch, Stereoanlage und einem grossen Bett. Wenn du kreativ arbeiten möchtest gibt es auch einen grossen LCD mit HDMI. Bitte keine lauten Parties da es eher eine ruhige Nachbarschaft ist. Ich bin vegetarisch und halte deswegen die Wohnung möglichst tierproduktefrei.. aber wenn du es nicht übertreibst ist das ok:) Ich freue mich auf eure Anfragen.

Hello... I am renting out my cosy and very quiet apartment in Charlottenburg. It is fully furnished and has everything you need inclusive Wifi. The apartment is in the backyard and is therefore very quiet. There are shops just on the road and a couple more like department stores a few walking minutes. There is also a quiet outside basketball place which I really love (I also have a ball:) and a swimming pool just one road down. Then there is the large Schlosspark Charlottenburg from where you can take a stroll along the Spree river. The connections are also very good. You can reach Neu-Köln or Alexanderplatz within 23 minutes. Or go to the Potsdam area or Wannsee within 27 minutes. The flat has a bathroom with shower and bath tub, a kitchen and a large room with a desk, a couch, a hifi and a large bed. For people who want to work creative there is also a larg LCD with HDMI. Please avoid loud parties since the neighbourhood is more like quiet. I am vegetarian so I am keeping the place veggy but if you don't plan to overdo it that's ok:) I am looking forward to your queries.
