Für Alleinstehende und Paare ist die Wohnung optimal geeignet und wird möbliert (siehe Fotos) vermietet. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist mitten in Charlottenburg gelegen und befindet sich eine Gehminute vom schönen Lietzenseepark entfernt (optimal für Spaziergänge, Jogging, Entspannung etc.)
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal: U2 Sophie-Charlotte-Platz, Bushaltestelle Amtsgerichtsplatz (Anbindung an den Bahnhof Zoo), Ringbahn (Messe-Nord) und S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg sowie der ZOB sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich und nah (Edeka, Drogerie und Asiasupermarkt mit gutem Obstsortiment, Bäcker in einer Gehminute, mit dem Fahrrad sind ein Lidl, Aldi, Biocompany etc. schnell erreicht). Außerdem ist die Wilmersdorfer Straße mit sämtlichen Läden und den Arcaden sehr nah.
Fußläufig sind auch viele Restaurants an der Kantstraße und in umliegenden Straßen sowie der Biergarten am Lietzensee (sehr zu empfehlen) zu erreichen :)
Für Sport- und Naturbegeistere liegen der Schlosspark und der Grunewald 2km entfernt.
The apartment is ideally located. All kinds of public transportation are close and within walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance (Edeka is literally just across the street but there are more options if you wish).
Also, you are just one minute away from the very nice Lietzenseepark, where you can hang out, go for a run or simply a relaxing stroll.

Die Wohnung wird befristet vom 1.2.2021 bis 31.7.2022 vermietet, da ich ein längeres Sabbatical machen und auf große Weltreise gehen werde.
Der dazugehörige Keller kann mitbenutzt werden, bietet aber nur wenig Platz und ist feucht.
Überdachte Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder gibt es im Innenhof.
In den Gesamtkosten von 900€ sind bereits alle Kosten enthalten (Kaltmiete, Strom, Gas, Internet, Fernsehen, GEZ-Gebühren, Möblierung).

The apartment must be rented from February 1st, 2021 until July 31st, 2022. During this time, I will be traveling the world.
