Hello everyone!
I am subletting my lovely apartment due to my travel to my homeland for 10 days between 03.03.2023-12.03.2023.
The rent is €95 per night.
It's a 2,5 room apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In the living room, we also have a balcony.
In one room there is a bed of 180x200cm and in the other room 120x200cm. The sofa is also comfy. So, you can stay 4 people with ease.
The kitchen is full+full equipped. You can find whatever you may need during your stay, even spices as well :)
S-bahn (Charlottenburg Station) and U-Bahn (U7- Adenauerplatz Station) are within ca. 7-8 min walking distance.
There is Lidl just across the street and other supermarkets can be found also within 5 min walking distance.

Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung aufgrund meiner Reise in meine Heimat für 10 Tage zwischen dem 03.03.2023-12.03.2023.
Miete ist € 95 pro Nacht.
Es ist eine 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir auch einen Balkon.
In einem Zimmer steht ein Bett von 180 x 200 cm und im anderen Zimmer von 120 x 200 cm. Auch das Sofa ist bequem. So können Sie problemlos mit 4 Personen übernachten.
Die Küche ist voll+voll ausgestattet. Sie können alles finden, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen, sogar Gewürze :)
S-Bahn (Bahnhof Charlottenburg) und U-Bahn (U7-Station Adenauerplatz) sind in ca. 7-8 Gehminuten entfernt.
Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich Lidl und andere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
