wir vermieten unsere sehr geräumige, schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung im schönen Alt-Treptow.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, aber sehr zentral, im beliebten Kunger-Kiez, direkt an der Grenze zu X-berg und Neukölln.
Die Wohnung hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer und ist ausgesattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und natürlich sehr schnellem W-Lan.
Ideal für zwei Personen oder ein Paar mit Kind.
Ich bin gerade erst eingezogen und hatte noch nicht viel Zeit zum dekorieren, aber die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.
Da, dies alles sehr kurzfristig ist, vermiete ich die Wohnung zu einem etwas günstigeren Preis als die eigentliche Miete.
Ab Mittwoch kann die Wohnung besichtigt werden.

I am renting my spacious 3-room apartment in Alt-Treptow, Karl-Kunger-Str./Bouchéstr. from
01.02.16 - 06.03.16.
The apartment is quiet, yet centrally located in charming Alt-Treptow, just on the border of Kreuzberg and Neukölln.
It has two bedrooms and one large livingroom, is equipped with a washingmashine and dishwasher and of course fast wifi.
It is ideal for two people or a couple with child (my son lives part time with me and all his toys are there).
I have just recently moved in, so haven't had the time to do much decoration yet, it is though freshly renovated and has everything you need.
As this is very short notice I am offering the apartment at a very good price, a tad cheaper than the actual rent.
