Internet ist beschränkt über einen Wifi Hotspot verfügbar.
Die WG sollte aus 3-4 Personen bestehen. Der Preis ab der 3. person ist verhandelbar.

Квартиродатель говорит по немецки и по русски. Поможет в изучении немецкого языка.
Интернет через Wifi Hotspot ( дополнительная плата ). WG для трёх или четырёх человек. Арендная плата для
третьего и особенно для четвёртого человека договорная.

city boundary, reachable by the commuter line S5 in 35 minutes from the central Alexanderplatz and then 5 minutes by foot. The appartment is equiped with some furnitures,a wardrobe,modern Kitchen, Floor-heating, washing mashine, fridge & freezer,tv-set,internet,a shower bath,etc. The landlord is friendly and may help with language-problems, he speeks German, English Russian and some Norwegian . There is place for 3 ,maybe even 4 people in 2 open rooms. The price for the third & fourth person is negotiable!!!
