we are looking for a sublessee/ intern, who wants to live in our lovely apartment in Berlin Friedenau/Steglitz from February until mid July 2023. My partner and I will be studying abroad for one semester and we would like to rent out our cozy place meanwhile.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine geräumige Küche.
Vibrant, central location. Schlossstraße with its' plenty shopping opportunities is only a short walk away.
The connection in and outside of Berlin is best provided by 2 subway lines, an S-Bahn line and numerous bus lines in the immediate vicinity.The proximity to the Berlin bathing lakes is particularly nice in summer.

Wunderschöne, zentrale Lage. Die Schlossstraße mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Für die Anbindung in und außerhalb Berlins ist durch 2 U-Bahn-Linien, einer S-Bahn Linie und zahlreicher Buslinien in direkter Umgebung bestens gesorgt.
Besonders schön ist die Nähe zu den Berliner Badeseen im Sommer.
