Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Kleiderzimmer, Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Fenster und einem kleinem Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist voll-möbliert mit Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Fernseher und Internet/Telefon. Handtücher, Geschirr und Besteck
Die Wohnung ist für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet.

By September i will leave Berlin for 12 months that's why i am looking for somebody interested in subleasing my 2-room flat in Berlin-Friedenau (Steglitz). The flat is located in an improved old building and consists of living room, bed room with a small separated dressing room, kitchen, a windowed bath room with shower and a small balcony.
The flat is fully furnished and with sofa-bed in the living room, washing machine, microwave, Plasma TV and telephone+Wifi. Cutlery + dishes are also included as well as towels.
The flat is perfect for a single person or a couple.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden und liegt direkt am Ring. Bis zur nächsten U-Bahnstation (U9) läuft man 5 Minuten. Es gibt eine direkte Busverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof oder zum Alexanderplatz. Die Schlossstraße mit vielen Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Kinos und Restaurants ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The flat has good transport connections with the next subway (U9) only 5 minutes away. There are direct bus connections to main station and Alexanderplatz. The Schlossstrasse with many shops, cinemas and restaurants is only a 7 minute walk away. The next super market is less than 5 minutes by foot away.
Bitte meldet Euch bei mir per Mail, ich versuche schnellstmöglich zu antworten. Die Wohnung ist für 12 Monate unterzuvermieten, es besteht keine Möglichkeit, die Dauer zu verkürzen. Eine Verlängerung ist nach Absprache evtl. möglich.
