The Rent is per day. You can freely choose the duration of your stay. You can also move in a bit earlier or move out a bit later if needed. My Neighbor will do the check in/ check out so we are super flexible in terms of that.
The Photos are a year old from when I just moved in. There is more furniture now. There is a big new Wardrobe for your clothes now for example.
The room is really bright and cozy and has everything you need. Normally this is my living room so you can make full use of my Sound and Home-Cinema System.
The Flat has everything you need and you can of course use everything. (including Washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen equipment, fast Internet etc).
The area (Friedenau) is known for being really beautiful.
The Flat is on the third floor of a well maintained old building with high ceilings and a wooden floor. Its facing away from the street. It is bright and really quite.
Public Transport is good around here with the U9 metro and major Bus lines in 4-5min walking distance. The S1 is 8-9min away. If you want to know how far away your Job/Univerity is just check the BVG or google.
