Wir verreisen im Februar und März 2018, deshalb suchen wir seriöse und verlässliche Zwischenmieter für zwei Monate.
Unsere große und ruhige Wohnung hat einen schönen Blick über die Stadt, eine kleinen Balkon und ist für eine Miete von 1250,00 EUR pauschal mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Internet, Telefon, Heizung, Wasser etc. sind inklusive. Die Kaution beträgt 1000 EUR. Zusätzlich veranschlagen wir eine Pauschale in Höhe von 100,00 EUR für die Endreinigung.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss - 4. OG. Es gibt einen schönen, antiken Aufzug bis ins 3. OG. Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und eine offene Küche/Wohnzimmer, sowie zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mit Kingsize Bett, sowie ein Kinderzimmer mit 90x200m Bett), und ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die folgende Ausstattung wird mitvermietet: voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Kondenstrockner, Highspeed Internet, Netzwerkdrucker.
Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar (Bio-Markt, Nahkauf, Edeka). Außerdem befindet sich mit der Schlossstraße eine große Einkaufsmeile in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Gut an den ÖPNV angeschlossen: Ringbahn S41/42 (Station Bundesplatz) und U9 (Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz) sind in 8-10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, außerdem gibt div. Buslinien.

We are traveling in February and March and therefore we are looking for reliable interim tenants for two months. Our 127m2 sunny apartment is quiet, has a very nice view and cozy balcony. The apartment is available from February 1st to March 31st. The rent is 1250 EUR/month, all-inclusive (Internet, electricity, water, etc.). The deposit is 1000 EUR. We ask for a 100 EUR cleaning fee for the final cleaning.

The apartment is located at the top floor (4th floor), with a nice and antique elevator taking you to the 3rd floor, and stairs leading you from there to the 4th floor. The apartment has high ceilings and an open plan living room/kitchen area, plus two extra bedrooms (1 bedroom with a kingsize bed, 1 children’s bedroom with a 90cm X 200cm bed) and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. The following furnishings/equipment are part of the rent: fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, highspeed internet, network printer. An organic supermarket and an Edeka supermarket are just around the corner, fantastic public transportation is available close-by, connecting you to all parts of city (S41/S42 „Ringbahn“ and U9 underground station „Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz“ are within 8-10mins reach by foot, and there are also various bus lines).
