Wir vermieten unsere Altbauwohnung mit hellen Räumen, hohen Decken und wunderschönem Stuck zur Zwischenmiete (1. Juli bis 15 September, flexibel). Die Wohnung ist 85m2 groß. Vom hellen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon führt eine Flügeltür in ein zweites Zimmer. Dieses Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ist auch getrennt vom Flur aus begehbar. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem weiteren gemütlichem Doppelbett. Von der Küche aus gibt es einen zweiten Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.
Die Küche ist komplett neu gemacht. Im Badezimmer sind sowohl Badewanne als auch Dusche vorhanden sowie eine Waschmaschine.
Das Internet ist schnell und zuverlässig.

We sublet our flat in an old building with bright rooms, high ceilings and beautiful stucco for intermediate period(1 July to 15 September, flexible). The flat is 85m2. From the bright living room with balcony, a French door leads into a second room. This room has a double bed and can also be accessed separately from the hallway. There is also a large bedroom with another cosy double bed. From the kitchen there is a second balcony with a view into the inner yard.
The kitchen is completely new. In the bathroom there is a bathtub as well as a shower and a washing machine.
The internet is fast and reliable.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und grünen Wohngegend mit guter Anbindung zu Fuß zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: U-Bahn (U9 und U3, 5 Min), S-Bahn (Ring, 5 Min) und Bus (2 Min).
Supermärkte, BioCompany, Apotheke, Metzger, Bäcker... sowie charmante Cafes sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In das Stadtzentrum brauch man dank guter Anbindung nur 20 Minuten. Kreuzberg und das Tempelhofer Feld sind ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt.

The flat is located in a quiet and green residential area with good access to all public transport: U-Bahn (U9 and U3, 5 min), S-Bahn (Ring, 5 min) and bus (2 min).
Supermarkets, BioCompany, pharmacy, butcher, baker.... as well as charming cafes are also only 5 minutes away on foot.
The city centre is only 20 minutes away thanks to good transport connections. Kreuzberg and Tempelhofer Feld are about 15 minutes away by bike.
