We are offering our beautiful, freshly renovated old building apartment for a 1-month sublease from September 27th to October 27th.
The 135m2 apartment has 4 very large rooms plus a kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet as well as a large, sunny balcony. The apartment is fully furnished. One room is equipped as a study including 2 height-adjustable desks.
The apartment is therefore perfect for couples or families who want to work remotely from Berlin for a month. Since we are parents ourselves, there are also plenty of baby utensils, such as a cot, triptrap, changing table, etc. However, it is conceivable to temporarily use the apartment as a flat share. In addition to the master bedroom, there is another bed in the study plus a mattress in the dining room.
The subway station Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz (U9) is right on the doorstep. The Ringbahn is about 800m walk. The S-Bahn line S1 is about 1km away.

Wir bieten unsere wunderschöne, frisch sanierte Altbauwohnung zur 1-monatigen Untermiete vom 27. September bis 27. Oktober an.
Die 135m2 Wohnung verfügt über 4 sehr große Zimmer zzgl Küche, Bad und Gästetoilette sowie einen großen, sonnigen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert. Ein Zimmer ist als Arbeitszimmer inklusive 2 höhenverstellbarer Schreibtische ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung eignet sich daher perfekt für Paare oder Familien, die für einen Monat von Berlin aus remote arbeiten wollen. Da wir selbst Eltern sind, sind auch jede Menge Baby Utensilien vorhanden, wie bspw. ein Kinderbett, ein Triptrap, Wickeltisch, etc. Es ist aber denkbar die Wohnung temporär als WG zu nutzen. Neben dem großen Schlafzimmer, gibt es ein weiteres Bett im Arbeitszimmer plus eine Matratze im Esszimmer.
Die U-Bahn Station Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz (U9) liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Ringbahn ist ca. 800m Fußweg. Die S-Bahn Linie S1 ist in etwa 1km entfernt.
