2 Zimmer Wohnung in Friedenau (17.03. - 07.04.)

Hallo ihr Lieben (English below),

ich gehe für ein paar Wochen in den Urlaub. Daher wird meine wunderschöne Zweizimmerwohnung in Friedenau frei. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für eine einzelne Person oder aber auch ein Pärchen. Es gibt, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ein kleines Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine viel zu leere Küche. Ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Sofa, einen Esstisch, eine Waschmaschiene und sogar eine Spülmaschiene, hier habt ihr alles was das Herz begehrt. Zudem sorgen die vielen Pflanzen für die spezielle Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Kurz zur Lage, Friedenau ist super ruhig. Im Schlafzimmer hört ihr keine einziges Auto und könnt euch von den Vögeln wecken lassen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür (2 min zu Fuß) und die U3 ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Zudem seid ihr in 15 Minuten am Bundesplatz und könnt von dort die Ringbahn nehmen. Auch die U9 ist nur 10 Minuten weg. Alles in allem also top angebunden.

Die Person die während meiner Abwesenheit einzieht sollte sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgehen und vor allem meine Pflanzen versorgen. Ich weiß, das ist eine Menge Druck aber ich glaube ihr schafft das ohne Totalausfälle. Rauchen ist in der Küche völlig in Ordnung, solange gut durchgelüftet wird.

I am going on vacation for a few weeks. Therefore, I will vacate my beautiful two-room apartment in Friedenau. The apartment is perfect for a single person or even a couple. There is, as you can see in the pictures, a small bedroom, a large living room, and a way too empty kitchen. With a large desk, a sofa, a dining table, a washing machine, and even a dishwasher, here you have everything your heart desires. In addition, the many plants provide a special feel-good atmosphere.

Briefly, about the location, Friedenau is super quiet. In the bedroom, you will not hear a single car and the birds will wake you up in the morning. A bus stop is right outside the door (2 min walk) and the U3 is also only 5 minutes away. In addition, you are at Bundesplatz in 15 minutes and can take the Ringbahn from there. The U9 is also only 10 minutes away. So all in all, top connections.

The person who moves in during my absence should handle the apartment carefully and especially take care of my plants. I know that's a lot of pressure but I think you'll manage without total breakdowns. Smoking is perfectly fine in the kitchen, as long as it is well-ventilated.
