Since I will move to another city in June 2021, I m looking for a new tenant for my current flat in Berlin.
It is a beautiful 2-room apartment with full of sun during the day, and private underground garage.
The flat is on the 1st floor, with elevator which reaches the cellar. The flat includes: 2 big, sunny and quiet rooms and a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic stove, small fridge, oven and a window), a bathroom with bathtub, a wide entrance hall and a big balcony with great view in the garden! Flat has a private car parking slot underground and also bike parking area is available. 4m2 very clean cellar is in use. You can lock your private stuff there. Laundry is available in cellar: 1,5 Euro per wash.
Running costs: 210,- (water and heating included; WLAN, electricity, fees for TV & radio are extra)
