Hallo! Ich suche eine Untermieter*in für meine 2 Zimmerwohnung. Es gibt ein kleines, ruhiges Schlafzimmer, dass man sich gut zu zweit teilen kann. Ein bequemes Wohnzimmer (2 Couchen) mit Terrasse, von der man auf die grüne, quasi nicht befahrene Straße schaut. Die Wohnküche hat einen großen Kühlschrank und sonst auch alles, was man braucht. Ich freue mich auf deine Email.
Hey you. If you are going to spent a few days at our capital, then I have something to offer: A quiet 2-room flat with a beautiful backyard garden outside the windows. This includes a cozy living room with two couches and a balcony. Wifi is included. You can also use my external display. The bedroom is very small but QUIET - thus ideal to regain resources if the city dares to bother you. The kitchen is large enough to enjoy cooking plus essentials: Fridge, Washing-machine and oven.
U-Bahn Friedrichsfelde 5 Min, S-Bahn Lichtenfeld 10 Min. Man ist schnell im Zentrum (Alex: 15 Minuten mit der U-bahn), hat aber nicht die Hektik und den Lärm der Großstadt, sondern alles ist sauber und man teilt sich einen wunderschönen Hinterhof mit üppigen Bäumen und Blumen, exklusiv nur für die Anwohner.
Next subway station (5 minutes walk) is Friedrichsfelde (U5). It will get you to Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes without closing our. Next train station (S-Bahn, Regional) is Lichtenfeld. It will drive you from east to west Berlin. Additionally, Ostkreuz is nearby, from where you can enter the train ring around the capital. Grocery stores and drugstroes are nearby: Aldi, Rewe, Netto, Rossmann, DM is within a few minutes walk. Thus, it is a living area (former east) close to the city. Friedrichsfelde is close to Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg (bike: 15 minutes)
Die Wohnung ist für Katzenliebhaber*innen: Du wirst von 2 mittelalten Katern umschmust, um die du dich aber auch kümmern solltest. Futter und Streu ist vorhanden. Ich gebe dir diesbezüglich eine kurze Anweisung. Wlan ist natürlich vorhanden, und du kannst meinen externen Display nutzen. Die Wohnung ist Ideal für einen kurzen Tripp nach Berlin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Rossmann, Aldi, Lidl) sind in umittelbarer Umgebung.
Knock-out criteria: You have to be a cat person (sorry). I have two male cats (Tiger and Gismo) which will stay in the flat during my holiday. Food, Snacks and kitty litter are sufficiently provided. If there is something strange you can contact me or ask the neighbors, as there are in total 5 cat in 6 flats :). So no worries if this is your first time cat sitting. They can be annoying sometimes but you will also be kindly rewarded with purring and tenderness.
