Möblierte, schöne Wohnung in Berlin-Friedrichshagen am Müggelsee

Wir vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung, weil wir verreist sind. Der Untermieter verlässt die Wohnung vorzeitig und daher steht diese für anderthalb Monate leer und kann zur Zwischenmiete bewohnt werden.
Die Wohnung ist ideal allein oder als Paar. Vollständig möblierte Wohnung (auf den Fotos seht ihr eig. alles :)) Im grossen Zimmer ist alles an instrumenten und Equipment rausgeräumt, nur die Couch und der Schreibtisch stehen noch.

Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsgarten.

Friedrichshagen ist ein wunderschöner Ortsteil am größten See Berlins (Müggelsee). Ihr seid nah an der Natur, in ein paar Minuten ist man am S-Bahnhof Friedrichshagen und nach ca. 16 Minuten am Ostkreuz.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind Strom, Internet, GEZ und Warmkosten.
Wohnung ist frei vom 3.4. Bis 15.5.

We are renting out our beautiful apartment because we are traveling. The subtenant is leaving the apartment early and therefore it will be empty for a month and a half and can be lived in for interim rent. The apartment is ideal to live in alone or as a couple. Fully furnished apartment (you can see everything in the photos :)) In the large room all instruments and equipment have been cleared out, only the couch and the desk are still standing.

There is a shared garden.

Friedrichshagen is a beautiful district on the largest lake in Berlin (Müggelsee). You are close to nature, in a few minutes you are at the S-Bahn station Friedrichshagen and after about 16 minutes at Ostkreuz.

The price includes electricity, internet, GEZ and heating costs.
The apartment is available from 1.4. to 15.5.
