The flat is fully furnished, including bed sheets, blankets, dishwasher, washing mashine, etc. It comes with a balcony which is part of the bedroom. The living room is quite big and the sofa can be extended into a bed. A little home office corner including a desk with adjustable height allows you to work from home. The flat is less than 2 minutes walking distance to the Rummelsburger Bucht which invites for calm and nice walks, especially for sunsets. The apartment was renovated 2 1/2 years ago and the kitchen is completely new. The S-Bahn station Rummelsburg S is in walking distance (~3 minutes) and Ostkreuz S as well (~ 15 minutes). Grocery stores such as Aldi and Kaufland are around the corner. The tram or bus brings you in no time to Boxhagener Platz which is a famous spot of the Friedrichshain Kiez. If you're into techno or want to try out a dj workshop / visit concerts, Sisyphos is in 15 minutes walking distance. The furniture is mostly new since I just moved here.
