I'm looking for a tenant for my lovely apartment in Friedrichshain for the time I'll be on vacation. It's very centric, the rooms are bright and get lots of sun. Right on the corner there is a supermarket(Edeka) and Lidl and Penny are in 10 min walking distance. It's 8 min to Frankfurter Alle and 12 min to Ostkreuz by foot.

The apartment is furnished as in the pictures. Fridge, stove&oven, washing machine, kettle, capsule coffee machine, kitchen utensils, are available in the kitchen. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, hairdryer is available. In the living room, there is a dining table, and a study/work table, and a big sofa. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, another table to study/work and a wardrobe (I'll empty half of the wardrobe for your use), I can also empty some drawers on the dresser if needed. There is internet available in the flat.

The rent is 1000€ for the given time period, and I ask for the same amount of the deposit that will be refunded once you leave the place.
