Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG im Gartenhaus eines Gründerzeithauses. Sie ist in einen sehr sonnigen ruhigen Hof orientiert.
Es gibt ein grosses Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ein neues Bad mit Dusche und WC und Tageslicht, sowie eine neue Küche. + Keller
Die Wohnung wurde im Sommer 2016 sehr hochwertig frisch saniert. An den Wänden ist Glattputz. In den Zimmern und im Flur gibt es schöne alte geschliffene und geölte Dielenböden, die eine sehr wohnliche Atmosphäre erzeugen. Bad und Küche wurden völlig neu gestaltet. Beide wurden mit einem neuen fugenlosen PU-Boden ausgestattet
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Es gibt ein Doppelbett, einen grossen geräumigen Kleiderschrank, eine grosse Couch, einen Esstisch mit Stühlen, eine Kommode,... In der Küche gibt es eine Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler sowie ein Vitrocerankochfeld. Ausserdem gibt es eine neue Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. In der Wohnung gibt es selbstverständlich Internet.

House built in 1902. The apartment is newly and worthy renovated (2016). The apartment is in the "Gartenhaus" and is orientated to a very sunny court yard. It is at the 2nd floor. The apartment will be let with furniture and all equipment (like almost new washing machine and dishwasher, with ecological labels).
There are 1 living room, 1 sleeping room, 1 kitchen room with fitted kitchen and 1 luxury bathroom with shower and daylight, as well as a big floor. There is also a basement with a unit to store things (Keller).
As furniture there are a kitchen table and 2 chairs, a double bed (160 cm), 2 big cupboards, a coach, a sideboard, a small table, a table to eat or work and 4 chairs.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage auf dem Teilstück der Neuen Bahnhofstrasse zwischen Ostkreuz und Boxhagener Strasse, im angenehmen Szeneviertel Friedrichshains, direkt beim Ostkreuz.
Im Quartier gibt es vielzählige Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, kleine Läden, Plätze und Parkanlagen.
Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch ideal, weil die S-Bahn nur 2-3 Min. entfernt hält. Ab Ostkreuz fährt alle 3-5 min. eine S-Bahn. Dazu gibt es eine Bus- und Strassenbahnhaltestelle, nur 2 Min. entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bio Company, Lidl und Kaufland). Ein Rewe ist 7-9 min. vom Haus entfernt. Am Alexanderplatz ist man in 10 min. mit der S-Bahn. Das Spreeufer erreicht man zu Fuss in 10 min.

Very well situated in the central District of Friedrichshain. In the neighbourhood you find cafes, small restaurants and bars. Just in the corner there are shops and supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy, bakeries… You live very comfortably in the moving ever-changing heart of the new East Berlin.
The apartment is well situated 7 min. way from the important station of Ostkreuz, where each 3-4 min. a S-Bahn stops and go. 2 min. away from the house there is a bus and tram station. And in Berlin, the bike is a common transport.
Just in 10 min. you reach the river Spree and can run or walk along it. In the neighbourhood, you find a lot of possibilities to make indoors and outdoors sports. There are also yoga studios and langage schools.
