Mietzeit kann auch variieren, jedoch mindestens 10 Tage.
Unsere Wohnung ist voll möbliert und befindet sich im Hinterhof Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung und Umgebung ist schön grün gehalten. Sie zeichnet sich aus, dass sie sehr ruhig ist und dennoch nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt zum beliebten Friedrichshainer Kiez mit vielen tollen Cafes, Bars und Restaurants (Simon-Dach-Str.). Wenn Sie in der Zeit in unserer Wohnung wohnen möchten, würden wir Sie lediglich bitten 2-3 mal die Woche die Pflanzen zu gießen :)
Hello we want to rent our apartment,
Rental period: 23.11-16.12.17
Rental time can vary, but at least 10 days.
Our apartment is fully furnished and located in the backyard ground floor. The apartment and surroundings is beautifully kept green. It is characterized by the fact that it is very quiet and yet only a few minutes walk away to the popular Friedrichshain quarter with a lots of cafes, bars and restaurants (Simon-Dach-Str.). If you would like to live in our apartment, we would only ask you to water our plants 2-3 times a week :)

Es sind keine Partys und keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Wir würden Sie bitten alle 3 Tage die Pflanzen zu gießen.
Den Schlüssel überreichen wir Ihnen persönlich, oder durch Freunde/Nachbarn.
Sollten Sie etwas Beschädigen müssten Sie die Kosten der Reparatur tragen.
Bei Beschädigungen/Diebstahl/ oder starker Verunreinigung behalten wir uns vor die Kosten von der Kaution einzubehalten.
There are no parties and no pets allowed.
We would ask you to water the plants every 3 days.
We hand over the key personally or through friends / neighbors.
If you should damage something you would have to bear the cost of the repair.
In case of damage / theft / or heavy contamination, we reserve the right to withhold the costs of the deposit.
