It is a nicely furnished 1.5-room apartment, which is very spacious and perfectly suitable for singles and couples. The brand new kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything that is needed. The bathroom has a bathtub. Sufficient storage space can be found in the hallway and in the room.
The view is amazing. It is facing west with sunsets overlooking the Wismarplatz. And you will see the TV Tower and the Frankfurter Tor.
The room is equipped with a 140x200 bed, a sofa, a desk, a sofa table, an armchair and other smaller accessories.
Internet, electricity and heating are included in the price. It is a lump sum rent. Fair use for electricity and heating.
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt am Wismarplatz. Dieser Platz liegt fast am Boxhagener Platz (3 Minuten zu Fuß). Man befindet sich am Puls des Lebens, da alle Bars, Restaurants und Clubs in Laufweite liegen. Samstags gibt es den Bauernmarkt am Boxhagener Platz. Sonntags findet ein Flohmarkt statt.
In Laufweite sind das Ostkreuz, die Samariterstraße, die Frankfurter Allee und die Warschauer Straße. Damit hat man eine Anbindung an die Ringbahn, die mittlere Stadtbahn, die U5 und die U1. Busse fast vor der Haustür direkt zum Ostbahnhof. Der Flughafen ist vom Ostkreuz 20 Minuten entfernt. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Taxistand.
Die Lage ist ein Traum.

The apartment is perfectly located at Wismarplatz. This place is almost at Boxhagener Platz (3 minutes on foot). You are at the pulse of life, because all bars, restaurants and clubs are within walking distance. On Saturdays there is the farmers' market at Boxhagener Platz. On Sundays there is a flea market.
Within walking distance are the Ostkreuz, Samariterstraße, Frankfurter Allee and Warschauer Straße. This gives you a connection to the Ringbahn, the middle city railroad, the U5 and the U1. Buses almost in front of the door directly to the Ostbahnhof. The airport is 20 minutes away from Ostkreuz. There is a cab stand in front of the front door.
The location is a dream.
Mir ist wichtig, dass ihr sorgsame Mieter seid. Bitte keine Raucher und keine Haustiere. Ansonsten gilt Leben und Leben lassen.
Da das Mietverhältnis eine Vertrauensgrundlage ist, meldet euch bitte mit einer kurzer Mitteilung, was ihr macht und wie Ihr euer Leben bestreitet.

Sofern eine Befristung gewünscht ist, können wir das machen. Dann bitte mitteilen, wie lange ihr dort wohnen wollt.
