ich vermiete meine frisch sanierte möblierte Eigentumswohnung ab 01.05.2024 für mind. 3 Monate oder max. 2 Jahre für eine Miete von 1.900 € kalt + 250 € Nebenkosten.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schön eingerichtete Jugendstil und Gründerzeit Wohnung für eine 3er WG, zwei Paare oder eine Familie im 3. Stock mit schönen Blick aus den Fenstern in den Victoria-Park.

Es gibt im Moment drei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. Ein Schlafzimmer kann auch geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Erker und Balkon genutzt werden. Die Küche hat eine kleine Sitzecke.

In den Nebenkosten nicht enthalten sind Kosten für Strom, Gas und Internet (derzeit ca. 100 €). Je nach Mietdauer können hierfür entweder pauschal 100 € angesetzt werden oder Verträge mit den Versorgern übernommen bzw. gekündigt und selbst abgeschlossen werden.


I am renting out my furnished condominium for at least 3 months. It is a very nicely furnished Art Nouveau and Wilhelminian style apartment for up to 4 people or a family on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the Victoria Park from the windows. The location is exactly between two parks (Gleisdreieck- and Victoria-Park). The beautiful apartment is spacious, airy, bright. The apartment has original floorboards, oak parquet, stucco, balcony and high ceilings with stylish furniture. At the moment there are three separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. One of the rooms can also be used as a large living room with a bay window and balcony. The apartment is ready for occupancy, which means that no further furniture or objects have to be procured. Blankets, bed linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, washing machine and dishwasher are also there for you.

Renting cost is 1.900 € each month. Utility and Heating costs are 250 € per month, electricity and gas connections, and cable internet flat rate costs are in total 100 € per month.
