Wir vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung in Kreuzberg für den folgenden Zeitraum 20.12.2021 - 22.01.2022. Wir vermieten nur für den vollen Zeitraum, Datum der Ankunft und Abreise kann vereinbart werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnfläche von 80 m2. Es gibt eine Küche mit anschließendem Esszimmer, beides zum Hinterhof. Das Esszimmer hat einen großen Tisch, der sich gut als Arbeitstisch eignet. In der Mitte der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne. Ein großes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Hausseite zur Straße. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hell und leise für die zentrale Lage. Wenn die Fenster zu Straße hin geöffnet sind, kann es an manchen Tagen recht laut sein (aber während der Winterzeit hat man wahrscheinlich die Fenster auch nicht viel offen;)). Es gibt einen großen Hinterhof mit vielen Stellplätzen für Fahrräder.
Miete für 5 Wochen: 1400 €
Kaution: 1200 €
We are subletting our beautiful flat in Kreuzberg for the following time 20.12.2021 - 22.01.2022. We only rent for the full period, arrival dates are negotiable.
The flat has a living area of 80 m2. There is a kitchen with a connecting dining room, both facing the backyard. The dining room has a large table, which is well suited for working. In the middle of the flat is a small bathroom with a bathtub. A large living room and bedroom are on the side facing the street. Overall, the flat is very bright and quiet for its central location. If the windows are open to the street can be quite noisy sometimes (but during wintertime you probably don't have the windows open much either ;)). There is a large backyard with lots of parking for bikes.
Rent for 5 weeks: 1400 €
Deposit: 1200 €
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1) und Kottbusser Tor (U8), womit sich alles weitere schnell erreichen lässt. Schöne Cafés und leckere Restaurants findest du/ihr direkt vor der Haustür und es sind nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zum Kanal. In der Nähe der Wohnung findest du/ihr Einkaufsgelegenheiten wie z.B. Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann, Biocompany, LPG, Lidl und zweimal pro Woche ist ein Markt entlang des Kanals.
The flat is very well connected to public transport. The flat is located between Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1) and Kottbusser Tor (U8), which means that everything else is within easy reach. Nice cafés and restaurants are right around the flat and it's only a few minutes by foot to the canal. Near the flat you will find shopping facilities such as Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann, Biocompany, LPG, Lidl and twice a week there is a market along the canal.
Wir haben ein einige Pflanzen und es wäre super, wenn du/ihr sie einmal pro Woche gießen könntest/könntet. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, das solltet du/ihr bitte respektieren. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, was man zum Wohnen benötigt. Das Wifi funktioniert sehr gut, daher eignet sich die Wohnung auch gut als Homeoffice-Ort.

We have a few plants - it would be great if you could water them once a week. The flat is a non-smoking flat, please respect that. The flat is equipped with everything necessary. The WIFI works very well, so the flat is also suitable as a home office.
