At the ground floor you'll find the best Italian restaurant outside of Italy: Facciola

This beauty can be rented for one year with a possibility to extend for another, so two years for now in total. The sun kisses the bedroom in the morning and revisits the balcony in the calm backyard in the afternoon. The kitchen and the living room are open concept. The flat has a walk-in closet, a longer hallway, a beautiful bathroom, a living and one separated bed room.

It is furnished with:

- bed
- dining table
- dishwasher
- washing machine
- WLAN and utilities are included in the price

Now the important part: to be considered you will need to buy the following that is already part of the flat:

- new(er) mattress for 300€
- kitchen utensils for 100€
- couch for 180€

The move-in or the time of the rental agreement date starts April 15th. There is no negotiation about the written above, I am sorry. To make the communication as smooth as possible for both sides: please avoid commenting on the details of the flat. By writing, I assume you (and your partner) can meet *ALL* requirements!
