Die 65m²-Wohnung liegt im 3. und 4. Stock eines ruhigen Hinterhauses in Friedrichshain. Alle Fenster sowie der Balkon sind nach Süden ausgerichtet für möglichst viel Licht und Sonnenschein. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig (kein Straßenlärm, keine Züge, keine Partys) in einer freundlichen Hausgemeinschaft und Nachbarschaft.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Ofen, Spülmaschine und Gefrierschrank. Auf dem Balkon kann man es sich zu zweit in Sesseln gemütlich machen. Im Wohnzimmer habe ich eine Chillout-Area gebaut, auf der es sich gut fernsehen, lesen und meditieren lässt.

Im Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einem Waschtrockner ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC im unteren Geschoss. WLAN ist verfügbar.

Ich suche nach einer vertrauensvollen Person, die regelmäßig meine Post öffnet und sich um meine Pflanzen kümmert. Über den genauen Zeitraum können wir gern sprechen.

The 65m²-apartment stretches out over 2 floors (3rd + 4th) with all windows and the balcony facing south for plenty of light and sunshine. The apartment is very quiet (no street noise, no trains, no partys), and surrounded by friendly neighbors.

It contains a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and freezer. On the balcony there is space for 2 people to comfortably sit in armchairs. In the living room there is a custom made chillout area for watching TV, reading or meditation.

In the bathroom, there is a big bath tub and a washing machine with dryer function. On top, there is a smaller bathroom (Gäste-WC) on the first floor. Wifi is available.

I am looking for a trustworthy person who checks my mailbox and waters the plants. We can talk about the exact time period of the sublease that suits you.
