Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke, Tram fährt auch im die Ecke ab und Ostkreuz ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ein kleiner Park ist vor der Haustür. Das Haus wurde gerade energetisch saniert und alles auf neusten Stand gebracht.


Ideal für Leute die sich in Berlin erstmal umsehen wollen und oder nur kurzfristig in Berlin bleiben möchten.
