Oasis in lively Friedrichshain - minutes from Warschauer U-bahn

You’ll be staying in my lovely home while I travel to visit family overseas. My apartment is comfortable and stylish, it will allow you to explore some of the best Berlin's subculture has to offer.

This well-equipped, apartment (separate bed/living areas) is southern facing, which means that if there is ANY sun at any time of the day during winter - you'll receive all of its shiny glory! (I do have blinds on the windows though, so there is privacy/enough darkness).

It's in the middle of the hustle and bustle of one of the city's most sought after suburbs: Friedrichshain. And you can watch the comings and goings from the street facing balcony - but don't worry, the windows block out the streets sound very well. It's within walking distance to some of the world' s best-renowned clubs, coffee shops, restaurants and key landmarks such as East Side Gallery. Walk or bike everywhere, with train and tram stations around the corner.

This will be a home away from home with a fully functioning kitchen, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, washer, smart TV, gorgeous balcony and mega comfy bed.

Strictly no parties, this is my home and I ask guests to respect the space. Smoking should be kept to the balcony only. Anything that is broken should be communicated - or better yet, replaced.

(The price of 990 is for the month - all bills/internet etc included. For the whole period it's 1250 all inclusive. I'm flexible with check in/out dates.)
