wir bieten unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung zur Untermiete für o.g. Zeitraum an. Über das genaue Einzugsdatum können wir bei Interesse dann noch sprechen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Eignet sich am Besten für Paare.
Es ist ein Schlafzimmer (Bettgröße 1,80 m), Abstellraum, großer Flur, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Allem was ein Hobbykoch benötigt.
Des Weiteren verfügt die Wohnung über schnelles 100 mBit Internet / WLAN, Fernseher mit Magenta TV
Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Herd, Cerankochfeld, Balkon, große Couch, großer Esstisch und viele Pflanzen.
Da wir dieses Jahr Eltern geworden sind, haben wir auch Möbel für Baby´s wie Wickeltisch, Beistellbett etc. vor allem im Schlafzimmer stehen (siehe Bilder). Wenn ihr diese benötigt, lassen wir es gerne stehen für euch. Wenn nicht, werden die Sachen natürlich weggeräumt bevor ihr einzieht.

We are offering our beautiful apartment for subletting for the above period.
The apartment is fully furnished. Best for couples.
There is a bedroom (bed size 1.80 m), storage room, large hallway, bathroom with shower and bathtub and a large living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a hobby chef needs.
The apartment also has fast 100 mBit internet/WLAN, a television with magenta TV
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, ceramic hob, balcony, large couch, large dining table and many plants.
Since we became parents this year, we also have furniture for babies such as changing tables, extra beds, etc., especially in the bedroom (see pictures). If you need this, we will be happy to leave it for you. If not, the things will be put away before you move in.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer fantastischen Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom S- und U Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee, M13-Straßenbahnstation, dem Stadtpark Lichtenberg und Traveplatz entfernt. Des Weiteren sind fußläufig viele tolle Restaurants, Café´s, Wochenmarkt am Boxhagener Platz oder Flohmarkt auf dem RAW Gelände erreichbar sowie zweiminuten entfernt ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermärkten und Bäckereien.
Wir leben hier in einer sehr schönen Hausgemeinschaft, man kennt und grüßt sich und hilft sich aus falls mal was fehlt. Vor allem nehmen wir und das ist uns wichtig, alle Rücksicht aufeinander. Wenn euch das genauso wichtig ist, dann seid ihr hier genau richtig.
The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the Frankfurter Allee S- and U-Bahn stations, the M13 tram station, the Lichtenberg city park and Traveplatz. Furthermore, many great restaurants, cafés, the weekly market at Boxhagener Platz or the flea market on the RAW site are within walking distance, as well as a shopping center with supermarkets and bakeries.
We live here in a very nice community, we know and greet each other and help each other out if something is missing. Above all, we take each other into consideration. that is important to us.
