Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage mit exzellenter Verkehrsanbindung. Straßenbahn, Ringbahn und die U5 sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass du die Stadt bequem erkunden kannst. Ein Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür erleichtert deine Einkäufe, und die Vielzahl von Bars und Restaurants im Kiez sorgt für ein lebendiges Umfeld.

Die großzügige 80qm Wohnung erstreckt sich über das erste Stockwerk eines liebevoll renovierten Altbaus. Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und beinhaltet persönliche Gegenstände von mir, die du gerne nutzen darfst. Nach Absprache räume ich auch gerne einen Teil des Kleiderschranks für dich frei.

Mietkonditionen:
Die Miete beträgt all inclusive 1100€ pro Monat. Als Sicherheit wünsche ich mir eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€.

Verfügbarkeit:
Die Wohnung steht für einen Monat zur Verfügung, da ich in dieser Zeit verreise. Der Zeitraum kann nach Absprache angepasst werden.

A supermarket right at your doorstep facilitates your grocery shopping, and the abundance of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood ensures a vibrant environment.

The spacious 80sqm apartment occupies the first floor of a lovingly renovated Altbau. It boasts a generous living room with a dedicated workspace, a cozy sofa, and a television for relaxing evenings. The bedroom offers ample space and tranquility for restful nights. The fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining table invites you to cook and enjoy meals.

Furnishings:
The apartment comes fully furnished, including personal items of mine that you are welcome to use. Upon agreement, I am happy to clear a section of the wardrobe for your convenience.

Rental Conditions:
The rent is all-inclusive at 1100€ per month. I also require a security deposit of 500€.

Availability:
The apartment is available for one month as I will be traveling during this period. The timeframe can be adjusted by mutual agreement.
