Hey guys,
I'm renting out my apartment for six months (with the option of extension) as I will be spending some time abroad.
It has a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed and an open closet in one bedroom and a sofa in the other. The kitchen has everything from a dishwasher to a washing machine and a microwave, but is honestly a bit trashy and could do with a makeover, which actually is true for the whole flat. (: The little bathroom has a bathtub and one of the bedrooms has a balcony with a lot of morning sun though.
The apartment can be used as a shared flat or as a single/couple. I will upload more and better pictures soon and add the dimensions of the bedrooms.
I'd absolutely love to find someone reliable and straightforward who just wants to live there and pay their rent and I'll be able to focus on my studies abroad ;) If that sounds like a good deal to you as well, hmu!
Oh also: A party now and then is fine, but don't make it a club and be considerate of the neighbors if that's your thing!

As the flat is located roughly in the triangle of Ostkreuz, Frankfurter Allee and Warschauer Straße, public transport is very close with the tram only a minute away.
