Schöne Altbauwohnung. Sie liegt im ersten Stock, hat hohe Decken, einen kleinen Balkon und auch sonst alles, was man/frau braucht. Das Herzstück der Wohnung bietet das Wohnzimmer mit Stuck, indem ich mich die meiste Zeit aufhalte, da ich meistens im Home Office arbeite. Falls das auch für euch der Fall sein sollte: Ich habe einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch. Ansonsten gibt es ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer, indem genügend Stauraum für Klamotten vorhanden ist (klamotten sind eingelagert, daher ist mehr als genug platz für jegliches hab und gut) und ein typisch geschnittenes Berliner-Altbau-Bad- sowie Küche.
Die Lage ist wirklich außerordentlich gut für jeden Bedarf.
Die Wohnung ist für Einzelpersonen sowie für Paare geeignet.
Es kann der ganze Zeitraum, sowie auch nur einige Tage gemietet werden.

I am am renting out my beautiful old apartment. It is on the second floor, has high ceilings, a small balcony, and everything else you need. The heart of the apartment is the living room, where I spend most of my time, as I usually work from home. If this is also the case for you: I have a height-adjustable desk. Apart from that, there is a cozy bedroom with enough storage space for clothes and a typical Berlin-style bathroom and kitchen.

Lage/ Anbindung
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Friedrichshains im Boxhagener Kiez. Trotz nähe zur Frankfurter Alle und Bars& Restaurants, ist die Scharnweberstraße sehr ruhig. Hier fahren kaum Autos. Unter der Wohnung liegt eine italienische Bar, die aber nur bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat - und in der man sehr guten Aperol trinken kann. :) Die Lichterkette der Bar lassen mich immer ein biscchen wie im Urlaub fühlen.
Einkaufen
Netto, DM, Edeka, Bio Company, Apotheke, Copy Shop...sind alle innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Am Boxhagener Platz bist du in 7 Gehminuten mit seiner Vielzahl an internationalen sehr guten Restaurants und Bars.
Parken
Die Parksituation ist wirklich gut. Ich habe zwar kein eigenes Auto, nutze aber viel Carsharing und ich finde zu 95% ein Parkplatz in der gleichen Straße. Spät abends ist es natürlich voller, aber dann parke ich höchstes 5 Gehminuten entfernt in einer Nebenstraße.

Location/connection
The apartment is located in the heart of Friedrichshain in the Boxhagener Kiez. Despite its proximity to Frankfurter Alle and bars & restaurants, Scharnweberstraße is very quiet. There are hardly any cars here. There is an Italian bar below the apartment, but it is only open until 10 pm - and you can drink very good Aperol there. :) The fairy lights in the bar always make me feel like I'm on vacation.
Shopping
Netto, DM, Edeka, Bio Company, pharmacy, copy store... are all within a 5-minute walk. The Boxi with its many restaurants and bars is a 7-minute walk away.
Parking
The parking situation is really good. I don't have my own car, but I use car sharing a lot and I can find a parking space in the same street 95% of the time. Late in the evening it is of course more crowded, but then I park at most 5 minutes' walk away in a side street.
