Sonnige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Friedrichshain, August - Oktober

Liebe Wohnungssuchende,

wir ziehen in eine neue Wohnung und vermieten unsere alte Wohnung vom 16. August 2013 bis zum 28. Oktober 2013 unter.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen des belebten Stadtteils "Friedrichshain" und verfügt über 2 separate Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Flur.

Da wir aus der Wohnung ausziehen, vermieten wir sie teilmöbliert - alles was man zum Leben braucht ist aber vorhanden.

Schlafzimmer: 1,40er Matratze mit Lattenrost, Bettdecken, Kopfkissen, Bettwäsche, 1 Regal für Kleidung

Wohnzimmer: Zwei Sessel + Tisch, Schreibtisch + Stuhl

Küche: Spüle, Gasherd, 1 Regal mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Besteck, ein kleiner Tisch + Bank und Stuhl zum Sitzen.

Bad: Dusche, Waschbecken, WC, Handtücher, ACHTUNG: keine Waschmaschine - ABER einen günstigen Waschsalon gibt es direkt um die Ecke, in der Warschauer Straße

Zum Haus gehört ein wunderschöner grüner und ruhiger Innenhof, in dem man es sich gemütlich machen, frühstücken, grillen... kann.

Was uns wichtig ist:
Wir schließen mit euch einen Untermietvertrag ab. Bei Vertragsabschluss wird eine Kaution (500,- Euro) fällig, die ihr bei Auszug zurückerhaltet.

Die Miete beträgt inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas und Internetanschluss 620,- Euro im Monat (entspricht 20,- Euro/Tag). Die Miete wird jeweils zum Monatsanfang gezahlt. Im August wird die Miete zum 16.08. fällig.

The most important things in english:

Our flat is available from the 16th of august until the 28th of october 2013. Because we gonna move to a new flat, our old flat won’t look exactly the same like on the pictures - we will take some furniture out. But of course we`ll leave some furniture/things you need for an enjoyable stay.

In the sleeping room: a mattress, beddings, sheets, a shelf for your clothes

In the kitchen: a small table + a bench and a chair to sit, a stove, pots to cook, a sink, plates, cups for eating and drinking, a shelf for dishes, a fridge.

In the living room: a desk and a chair for working, 2 armchairs and a table

In the bathroom: a shower, toilet, towels, ATTENTION: there won`t be a washing mashine, but there is a laundry just around the corner, in Warschauer Straße.

Important for us:
We need to sign a contract with you and we need to get a copy of your IDs. Of course you`ll get a copy of the contract and a copy of our IDs as well.

By signing the contract we`ll take a deposit (500,00 Euro), which you get back on the 28th October when you move out.

The rent is 620,00 Euro per month(it`s about 20,00 Euro/per day). That includes the costs for warm water, electricity, gas and internet access. You need to pay the rent a the beginning of the month, accept in august, you should pay it at the 16th, when you move in.
