ruhige/helle sanierte Albauwohnung( 2-Zimmerwohnung) mit Balkon

da ich im August im Ausland bin, steht meine Wohnung vom 20.08. bis 19.09. zur Untermiete frei. Die Miete für den ganzen Zeitraum beträgt 500+80 Euro. Es handelt sich um eine sehr helle, schöne und vollständig möblierte 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Friedricshain. Direkt um die Ecke ist der Boxhagenerplatz, viele Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen (U5, U1, ringbahn, sowie Bus 240, Tram 10 und 13) und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man kann in der Wohnung auch sehr gut zu zweit wohnen, für Bekannte ist sie auch WG-geeignet (Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer + Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer). Between 20 Aug till 19 september I will be abroad, so you can rent my flat (the dates are flexible). The rent for the whole period is 580 euros (it will be more or less depending on your stay). It's a nice, bright and completely furnished flat with 2 rooms in Friedricshain(a central district of Berlin). Nearby is a lot of restaurants and bars and the Market place, which is one of the
most animated areas of Berlin, is also within spitting distance. The flat has good transport connections (metro U5, U1, ringbahn, sowie Bus 240, Tram 10 und 13) and a lot of supermarkets are close by. A couple or friends can share the flat as well (there is a double bed in the bedroom and a extendable sofa bed in the living room). I will upload photos soon!
