Wir vermieten unsere tolle Wohnung im August. Sie liegt zentral in Friedrichshain und ist super sonnig, sehr ruhig und komplett eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer (ca. 16 m²), ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca. 30 m²), eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit einem langen Esstisch für 6 Personen) und einen Balkon.
Solltet ihr eine Unterkunft für euren Citytrip brauchen, haben hier locker 6 Personen platz, denn es gibt im Wohnzimmer eine Ausklappcouch und eine weitere Doppelmatratze.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung eher für Pärchen geeignet, weil das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist - außer natürlich, es stört euch nicht.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist einfach super - Tram M10,M8,M5,M6 sowie die U-Bahn U5 in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der beliebte Simon-Dach-Kiez mit seinen vielen Bars und Restaurants ist auch in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

we are renting our wonderful flat for august. it is a very sunny and silent place and completely furnished.
we have a big livingroom (30m²), a sleepingroom (16m²) and a kitchen with a table for 6 people. also we have a balcony.
if you need the flat for a citytrip, it is suitable for at least 6 persons, cause there is a double mattress in the sleepingroom and livingroom and a sleepingcouch.
the traffic connections are just perfect - Tram M10,M8,M5,M6 and the undergroundstaion "Frankfurter Tor" U5 in less then 5 minutes on foot. the very popular "simon-dach-kiez" with its many restaurantes and bars is also very near.
