Wir vermieten unsere schöne Altbauwohnung im ruhigen Kaskelkiez vom 1.2.2013 bis 30.6.2013. Vorzugsweise möchten wir für den gesamten Zeitraum untervermieten, an eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, hell und von netten Nachbarn umgeben.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer kleinen, halboffenen Küche, einem großen Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einem hellen Arbeitszimmer mit schönem Ausblick und einem Schlafzimmer, von dem der wunderbare Süd-Balkon zum Frühstücken und Sonnen einlädt. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Klavier (Schimmel), das gern in Absprache mit den Nachbarn gespielt werden darf. Zusätzlich steht die Technik wie LCD-Fernseher, Internet WiFi, Musikanlage, Drucker, Waschmaschine, Kaffee-Vollautomat zur Benutzung frei.
We rent out our spacious (85 sqm) 3-room-apartment near Ostkreuz in Berlin due to a sabbatical. It is available from 01 February 2013 until 30 June 2013, preferably for the whole period, for a single person or a couple as subtenants. The flat situated on the 5th floor is very calm, light and with nice neighbours around.
The apartment has a living room, a small half-open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with tub, a light workroom with a nice view and a sleeping room with a
beautiful, south facing balcony, ideal for breakfast and sunbath. In the living room, there is a piano (Schimmel) which can of course be played, arranging with the neighbours.
In addition, we offer technical and entertainment facilities such as an LCD TV, WiFi Internet, a washing machine, a stereo, a printer and an espresso machine.
Sehr gute Anbindung an die S-Bahn: S Nöldnerplatz (4 Min. Fußweg) und S Ostkreuz (8 Minuten Fußweg). In dem schönen Altbaukiez finden sich viele kleine Läden und Cafés und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Rummelsburger Bucht, ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt, ist ein schönes Areal zum Spazierengehen, Joggen und Fahrradfahren am Spreeufer. Der riesige Treptower Park ist ebenfalls nicht weit. Es ist außerdem sehr nah zum Friedrichshain mit seinen unzähligen Bars, Restaurants und Läden und dem legendären Nachtleben. Zum Erkunden des Kiezes, für den Weg zur Arbeit oder für Ausflüge durch Berlin oder ins Umland stehen für die Mieter zwei Fahrräder bereit:)
Very well connected to S-Bahn stations S Ostkreuz (8 minutes walk) and S Nöldnerplatz (4 minutes walk). In the charming neighbourhood with its historic buildings, you can find many small shops and cafés as well as good shopping facilities for everyday life. There are also many restaurants nearby. The Rummelsburger Bucht (Rummelsburg Bay), just some minutes walk, is a nice outdoor area, ideal for jogging and walking on the waterfront, and to the huge Treptow Park nearby.
It is also very close to the vibrant Friedrichshain district with its bars, restaurants, shops and legendary nightlife. To explore the neighbourhood, for the way to work or for trips through Berlin or the countryside, you will have two bicycles available:)
